Went for blood work today - this is for the clinical study. Weird...instead of taking my blood from the port - they took it from my arm...not that I mind...I guess it's alot easier for them and myself...but I thought that was the way they would go...so I dressed accordingly....
Paul and I went...we used Charlie's truck...with the rain and wind...being in a heavy truck was the way to go....We waited over an hour before they called me in....oh how I hate to wait! I was surprised that my bloodpressure wasn't high! Because I am doing them a favor to be in this clinical study...you would think they'd take me right away.....
Feeling fine...my face is breaking out a bit more...very dry...using LOTS of bag balm...so greasy! But my hands feel like silk! Who cares what my face looks like! It is actually softer....for a while!
Go for my second (2) treatment of chemo on Wednesday.

a CBS TV show that airs Tuesday's at 10 pm. He will be wearing a skull cap, ski jacket without sleeves and walking with his hands behind his head in a police station. The main character (lawyer - man) is in street clothes (rather than a suit). He's been an extra for several other TV shows but he's always been 'cut'....Paul doesn't really care...he already got paid! It should be this episode - as they told him it was 'episode 13' and according to the internet...it airs tomorrow!
It is so hard to follow the story line when you keep watching the people in the background!
