Nice day...tongue sore is still there but feels much better.
Did a lot today....went food shopping with Charlie, did laundry, cooked asparagus for dinner, broccoli rabe soup for Fay's lunches, and made a lemon meringue pie!
We have a water bed...it has the tubes of water and it's old...it sags where our bodies have laid for the past 15 or so years....Charlie is/was always complaining that he just can't get comfortable...so, I purchased a foam mattress pad - 3 inches thick...not sure if it would work over the caved in portion of the mattress...but it did work! What a great, comfortable sleep! Charlie is beside himself...he can't believe how comfortable our bed is! Why did we wait this long?! When we move we will get a new bed and mattress....a king size (we have a queen size)...so we can either use this in a guest room or cut it up and make two beds for our dogs! This won't go to waste.
