Feeling good today....I did three haircuts but I really shouldn't have...I didn't realize that my hands were still a bit shaky and my fingers tingled quite a bit. I can feel my hands shake when I'm cutting around the ears! Scary for me and more so for the client!!! I did good - their ears were still in place with no scissor cuts! I just have a hard time saying 'no'....but I will have to start pretty soon!
Tonight is the annual Casino Night...first time I haven't gone in years....I kind of miss not going but I'm not really a gambler and I really do enjoy staying home. Samantha is a waitress, Nick, Paul and Bre are there too....they all want to win the vacation house in the Outer Banks...like Sam did last year....we'll see who the winner is real soon! Charlie loves to deal but he is so conscious of doing it right that he doesn't like to 'cheat'...let the players win more chips so they can turn them in for a chance to win prize baskets (it turns into a mini tricky tray). He told the kids NOT to sit at his table so they can win more chips....they are still out so I'll find out a little later. It's really a fun night with seeing a lot of neighbors too.
