Boy oh boy, it was such a beautiful day today that I went out and enjoyed the fresh air for about an hour! That is realllly unusual for me! So much fresh air that I'm tired and getting ready for bed!
Well, my tongue sore is extremely painful tonight! Maybe it's not the fresh air but the pain on my tongue. Hopefully it will feel better tomorrow and not worse. These symptoms change on a day to day basis.
This is later in the week for this sore to 'pop up'...the last few times that I've had this, it was earlier in the week after my cocktail.
