CT SCAN full results

CT of the chest with contrast:

Clinical Indication: Colorectal carcinoma
Comparison: 3/2/2010

Technique: Multidetector imaging was obtained through the chest with 100 cc of IV contrast.

Findings: The lungs are clear of nodules, effusions, infiltrates or consolidation.

The trachea, mainstem bronchi and segments are unremarkable.

The aorta, heart, pericardium, great vessels and pulmonary is unremarkable.

There is no evidence of suspicious hilar, mediastinal or axillary adenopathy.

The bones are unremarkable.

Impression: Normal study.

CT of the abdomen with contrast:

Technique: Multidetector imaging is obtained through the abdomen with oral and 100 cc of IV contrast.

Findings: In the right lobe posterior segment, image 62 is a 13 x 7 mm lesion. Previously this measured 16 x 18 mm.

In the posterior right hepatic lobe image 42 is a 8 x 9 mm lesion previously measuring 12x12 mm.

In the left hepatic lobe, image 45 is a 5 x 7 mm lesion previously measuring 9 x 7 mm.

In the right lobe posterior segment image 43 is an 8 x 8 mm lesion previously measuring 10 x 8 mm.

No new lesions are otherwise identified.

The spleen, pancreas, adrenals and kidneys are unchanged. Renal cysts are identified.

The largest is seen in the left midpole image 61 measuring 17 mm.

The patient is post cholecystectomy. Aorta, IVC, iliac vessels, mesenteric vessels, porta splenic confluence, renal arteries and veins are unremarkable.

Impression:
1. Decrease size in hepatic metastasis.
2. Bilateral renal cysts.
3. Status post cholecystectomy.

CT the pelvis with contrast:

Technique: Multidetector imaging was obtained of the pelvis with oral and 100 cc IV contrast.

Findings: There is no evidence of adenopathy, free fluid or masses. The bladder, uterus, and adnexa are unremarkable.

The bones are unremarkable.

Impression: Normal CT of the pelvis.

ADDENDUM 4/30/2010:

The left liver lesion is reidentified on image #40 measuring 7 x 9 mm previously measuring 7 x 9 mm and is unchanged.
