Memorial Day...another beautiful day. Even though it was about 90 degrees - there was no humidity which made it really nice! We still haven't had to put on the air conditioner - the ceiling fans work great!
No finger cuts...just a numb feeling in my fingers. I cut my finger nails which makes the feeling a bit better - strange!!! And my nails weren't all that long to begin with...oh well, whatever works! A few sores on the inside of my lips but again - not enough to bother me. Have a bit more energy today too.
Had a sun dress on and realized how white my legs are! My face and arms are tan...but I think that's the chemo - as I'm not really in the sun other than driving with my top down....another - who knows!
Nick and Paul were here for our BBQ dinner but Sam had to work. They all enjoyed themselves at the shore. Nick and Sam went to Sandy Hook and Paul went down to Long Beach Island...Paul got caught in traffic as they left here about 10 am...Sam and Nick left at 7 am and didn't hit traffic at all - plus it was one of the first shore exits....Weather was great for them and they came home with color! Sam is soooo dark, Nick is almost as dark as her and Paul is a bit fairer so he just has color.
Tomorrow is blood work day....well, hopefully it doesn't take all day. With them having a day off - I wonder how long I will actually have to wait for my scheduled appointment.
