Lots of energy today... I vacuumed upstairs, living area downstairs and the steps! Then I did two hair cuts (not together), baked oatmeal cookies and Samantha surprised me with her making dinner...but I did end the day with baking a cake for my next door neighbor. She has three boys and it's her birthday...so I'm sure they didn't bake but hopefully bought her a cake...she'll have plenty of cake to eat!!!
I think the tingling/numbness in my fingers is getting better...I can feel it in the tips of my fingers now and not the entire finger or hand...I still can feel it in my toes and not the entire foot. But, I do have several finger cuts....
I'm actually writing this on Friday morning. I am off to take my shower now....when I had the cocktail on Wednesday I got really 'red' with the band aid covering my port so the nurse put three gauze pads and lots of tape to cover it and to keep it sterile....she gave me the clear band aid to put on when I shower - to keep this dry...now I have to try to put this on...it's really tackie and I just hope I can get it on without it sticking together....
