CT of the chest with contrast:
Clinical History: Colon cancer. Comparison with prior study 12/10/2010 is made.
Technique: Mulitdector 5 mm slices were obtained from the lung apices to the adrenals with 100 mi of intravenous contrast. Coronal reconstructions were performed.

Findings: The lungs are clear of pulmonary nodules, effusion, infiltrates or consolidation. The trachea and bronchial segments are unremarkable. The heart, pericardium, aorta, pulmonary arteries, thyroid and great vessels are normal. No suspicious hilar, mediastinal or axillary adenopathy is noted.

A Port-A-Cath is in place.

The bones are unremarkable.

Impression: Normal study.

CT of the abdomen with contrast
Clinical History: Colon carcinoma. Comparison with previous study 12/10/2010 is made.
Technique: Mulitdetector 5 mm slices were obtained from the lung bases to the iliac crests with oral and 100 mi of IV contrast. Coronal reconstructions were performed.
Abdomen: The liver demonstrates metastatic lesions.

(> target 1)On image 180 in the right lobe posterior segment is a 6 x 6 mm hyper vascular mass previously measuring 8 x 8.

In the right lobe posterior segment image 236 is a hyper vascular mass with calcifications. The vascular portion currently measures 14 x 12 mm previously also measuring 14 x 12 mm. The no enhancing component measures 6 x 5 mm previously 8 x 4 mm. (t (>target 2)

Fatty infiltration of the liver is identified. No new lesions are identified.

The patient is status post cholecystectomy. The spleen, pancreas and adrenals are unremarkable. The kidneys are unremarkable aside from cysts. A simple left midpole cyst is seen measuring 18 x 22 mm. A right lower pole simple cyst is seen measuring 11 x 6 mm.

The aorta, IVC, iliacs, mesenteric, renal vessels and portal veins/splenic veins are unremarkable. There is no ascites, adenopathy or free air in the abdomen.

The bones are unremarkable.

Impression.
1. Hepatic metastases as discussed in detail above.
2. Fatty liver.
3. Renal cysts

CT of pelvis with contrast:
Technique: Multidetector 5 mm slices were obtained from the iliac crests to syphilis pubis with oral and 100 mi of IV contrast. Coronal reconstructions were performed.

Pelvis: No free fluid, adenopathy or masses are identified. The bladder is unremarkable. The uterus and adnexa are unremarkable.

The bones are unremarkable.

Impression: Normal study
