Other than my finger tips killing me with these 'cuts', I'm doing fine. I had band aids on - majority of the day. It's amazing what you do with your hands and when they hurt....they hurt! I even have trouble opening up my medicine cabinet - I have to pull the tiny handle on the mirror - ouch! I also have tongue sores - on the tip of my tongue - which leads to less taste...I still have my taste buds on the sides of my tongue but its a strange feeling or sensation on the tip.
Charlie and Samantha picked up Marlee early this afternoon....Marlee was still a little drugged up. Jersey was so happy to see her - she was sniffing her butt!!! One of them growled - not sure which one it was but two seconds later Marlee was licking Jersey's mouth. They gave Charlie some chewy's that have medicine to relax the dog (one a day)...it's working...Marlee wasn't playing with Jersey - but she made sure she was laying close to her!
We're happy to have Marlee back at home - even though we were able to sleep this morning until 7:45 - rather than 6:30 - 7 am.....
