What a nice day today! Now this is Spring weather!
Went to the dentist to have my impression made. Found out that the 'flipper' should come out while sleeping! UGH! No teeth!!! I can't stand this - they are right in the front! There is no way I can look into the mirror in the mornings....plus having to take it out after eating....I am NOT looking forward to this. I will probably have this for a few months...until my gums heal and with chemo - you never know how long it will take to heal...but I will end up with a permanent bridge...one that STAYS IN!!!
Funny when I think about this...I was able to handle the idea of loosing my hair - which I still have...but I guess I know that hair will grow back...but loosing your teeth.....that's it...when they are gone...they're gone! Maybe I should ask the oral surgeon if I can have the teeth and put them under my pillow to see if the tooth fairy comes!!! Okay, it's a dumb joke...but I have to be able to laugh...while my teeth are still in tack!!!
Good day today - other than that....just mouth sores....just a short while ago I got this huge tongue sore...doesn't hurt too much but to look at it...ouch! it looks bad!
