Went for blood work today and my numbers look real good! They actually all went up...not by much but better than they were the past few weeks.
Drove with my top down because it was so nice and the rain wasn't suppose to come until late in the afternoon...my appt. was at 11:15. On my way home, I noticed a few drops of rain on my windshield so I decided to pull into a parking lot and put up the top....good thing I did it then!!! It started to down pour a minute or two later!!! I would have had to pull over to the side of the road which really doesn't have a shoulder and it would have scared me with the way people drive around here! Drove through some pouring rain and when I got home it had just stopped.
My neighbor next door called me from her work and asked if we had power...and I said 'yes' and I told her that I'd call the other neighbor...and they had power too. Come to find out that the transformer outside her house was hit by lightening! Went all the way to the house and burnt out her circuit breaker box!! She was really lucky! She had two friends staying over and it knocked the guy right out of bed! Samantha told me she was walking up the steps with a glass of OJ and when it hit...she almost dropped her glass and Paul was on his laptop and he got shocked!!! his computer was okay but he really felt this power surge!!! Fay couldn't remember hearing the loud noise...lucky her!!!
Well my fingers still have the numb feeling and that's all...no more symptoms...now I get ready for the next ones....mouth sores/finger cuts/tingling.....lets see how long it takes for them to come back! I just can't wait...can't you tell?!!!
