Didn't hear anything regarding my blood work so it's a go for cocktail #7 tomorrow.
Had the realtor here today and we are asking $535,000...we will not take less than $525,000. The realtor says not to be in a hurry to sell as nothing is really moving at this time. With the weather being really nice, Charlie is enjoying working in the yard, so while it's spring, summer and fall...and we're still here...he'll be happy. Come next winter and he'll be a bear!
