Went for my cocktail today. Even though my platelets were on the low side we still did the cocktail....the platelets were only one number lower than what the regular cancer center would do. What a gorgeous day! to be inside - not so good - and a little too hot for Charlie to sit and read outside...could you imagine - him complaining it was too hot. Guess he wanted to have his shorts and no shirt on! He came back inside to eat his lunch and his back was all wet. I was cold in my suite and I had my prayer shawl on covering me up!
Just ate a potato wedge....and wow, did I get that 'sensation' in my jawline again....yikes! Makes the hair on my body stand up straight!
After my cocktail, Charlie and I went into Newton to buy some 'stuff' for the garden. This year we are going to try to plant STRAWBERRIES and BLUEBERRIES. He doesn't have room for the two plants in his garden so we are trying to find a place that they will do well.
Samantha and Charlie are going to her Initiation Ceremony for CCM Rho Chapter...Alpha Beta Gamma....it's a dinner. I, of course, will not attend but I told Charlie to take lots of photo's! I will post one of them tomorrow.
