Received a call from the oncologist surgeon yesterday. The young lady sounded sooo professional! Said that the doctor 'agreed to see me'...hmmm.....so, I have my appointment on Friday, June 10th - at 9:15 AM - in the morning!!! That means I have to leave here by 5:45 - the latest - in order NOT to hit any traffic.
I checked into hotels - wow, the cost is almost $600 for one night! Too much for me! Getting up earlier is 'cheeeeper!'!!!
They also want me to bring the tissue slides of my colon resection and the last scans...so tomorrow I will go to Newton and Sparta to pick them up. (not sure where I left the first set of scans...Image Care is nice enough to copy them and not charge me).
I'm feeling great - in denial....because I feel so good, I feel like I'm cured....but being stage 4...I'm not....
I will post this on my blog....so you don't have to go onto that site....
