My scan results... This is the first scan being on chemo for eight weeks compared to my first scan on January 6, 2010.

Clinical History of colorectal carinoma

Technique:
The study was done from the dome of the diaphragm to the iliac crests using oral and intravenous contrast. 100 cc Ultravist administered.

Findings:
The first target lesion identified in the posterior segment of the right lobe liver which previously measured 27 x 24 mm now measures 12 x 12 mm.
The second target lesion in the lower aspect of the right lobe of the liver previously measured 40 x 33 mm. This now measures 16 x 18 mm. This lesion also demonstrates some calcification in the inferior aspect.
The first nontarget lesion in the left lobe of the liver previously measured 17 x 16 mm. It now measures 7 x 9 mm.
The second nontarget lesion which is in the medial segment of the left lobe of the liver previously measured 17 x 15 mm. It now measures 9 x 7 mm.
The third nontargeted lesion which is in the posterior segment of the right lobe the liver previously measured 10 x 7 mm. it shows no interval change measuring 10 x 6 mm.
The liver, spleen, pancreas and adrenals demonstrate normal enhancement. No focal masses are seen. No intrahepatic or extrahepatic biliary dilation is noted.
Patient is status post cholecystectomy.
Kidneys demonstrate normal enhancement.
Bilateral benign renal cysts are seen. No masses are identified.
No portal, pancreatic or retroperitoneal adenopathy is noted.
The visualized bowel is within normal limits. No hernias are identified. No free fluid is seen in the abdomen. Bony structures are within normal limits.

Impression:
1. Multiple metastatic lesions to the liver demonstrate decrease in size when compared to previous study. These include the target lesions as well as the nontargeted lesions.

Impression:
Unremarkable study.
