4 days after my chemo treatment...I felt terrible! Not all day...just for a few hours. This is the first time that I actually threw up - in years! I can't remember the last time I got sick like that! I felt like I wanted to die - for at least 5 minutes!!! I was totally drained the rest of the day.
I hated getting off the couch to feed the dogs...just looking at their food...yuck! But I did it...and fed the cat too. I didn't make dinner for Charlie. Thank goodness there was leftover flank steak that he heated up to eat.
I think I got sick because I've been trying to eat 'healthy' food! I had made pancakes and put in these dried berries...blueberries, cherries, and two others....of course with the added syrup it probably didn't help. I'm going back to eating everything I use to!!! Forget the healthy stuff!
Sam came home but was out most of the day...which was good. I would hate her seeing me get sick. Plus it's good that she isn't around...Marlee gets up almost every 2 hours to go outside...so I have to get my butt up off the couch to let her out - then 15 minutes later --- let her in!
